C114, September 14 (Yan Yi) — Eoptolink recently held a briefing on its 2026 interim report, at which company management addressed investor concerns including industry demand, product iteration and capacity planning.

Based on current customer demand guidance and order intake, Eoptolink expects the optical communications industry to remain highly prosperous. The company said clearly that 1.6T and 800G optical modules are the main products being delivered this year. Shipments of 800G products continue to rise; 1.6T optical module shipments grew significantly in the second quarter from the first, and the ramp-up is expected to accelerate further in the second half. Silicon photonics products are also steadily gaining share, with strong growth expected to continue next year.

Regarding the NPO products the market is watching, the company said it is working closely with relevant customers to advance the business. Product deliveries are expected to begin in 2027, with shipments scaling up further in 2028, at which point NPO is expected to become one of the company's main products.

The company has laid out plans across multiple technology directions, including NPO, OCS, LPO, CPO, XPO and coherent, and is involved in CPO product development. Work with relevant customers on the LPO solution is progressing smoothly.

To meet strong market demand, the company is expanding capacity at its Chengdu and Thailand sites in line with future order guidance. Beyond hardware expansion, it will also improve production and operating efficiency by increasing production line automation and optimizing equipment and software tooling.
