Yubo Optics Plans 6 Million Lens Sets Per Year Project in Shangrao Xinzhou Industrial Park, With Total Investment of 20 Million Yuan

An investment and location agreement has been formally signed for Shangrao Yubo Optical Instrument Co., Ltd.'s project with annual capacity of 6 million sets of optical lenses, to be located in the Optoelectronics Industrial Park of Shangrao Xinzhou Industrial Park. The project will lease an 800 square meter standard factory building, with total investment of 20 million yuan and expected annual output value of 12 million yuan once in production. Xinzhou District is already home to more than 70 optoelectronics companies, including 32 enterprises above designated size and 18 high-tech enterprises.
Recently, Shangrao Yubo Optical Instrument Co., Ltd. (Yubo Optics) formally signed an investment agreement for a project with an annual capacity of 6 million sets of optical lenses. The District Science and Technology Bureau (Industrial Investment Promotion Team 3), Xinzhou Industrial Park, and General Manager Deng of Yubo Optics jointly signed the agreement. The project is slated to be located in the Optoelectronics Industrial Park of Shangrao Xinzhou Industrial Park.
The project plans to lease 800 square meters of standard factory space in the Optoelectronics Industrial Park, with a total investment of 20 million yuan and an expected annual output value of 12 million yuan once in production. In terms of the input-output ratio, a total investment of 20 million yuan against an annual output value of 12 million yuan indicates an asset-light, fast-turnover small and medium-sized optical lens capacity configuration, in line with the ecosystem of small and medium-sized optical companies that has gathered in Xinzhou Optoelectronics Industrial Park in recent years.
Xinzhou District has already formed an optoelectronics industry cluster led by Yutong Optics, with more than 70 optoelectronics companies based there, including 32 enterprises above the designated size and 18 high-tech enterprises. Supporting links in optical lenses and lens modules continue to be strengthened and extended. The signing of the Yubo Optics project adds a new market participant to the cluster on the small and medium-aperture optical lens capacity side.
