Excelitas to Consolidate Four U.S. Luxium Brands

Excelitas’ subsidiary, Luxium Solutions, which Excelitas acquired in October 2025, has made a legal entity change to four of its entities. Effective in January 2027, the Luxium Solutions, Reflectivity Holdings, PLX, and Inrad Optics brands will merge with and into Excelitas Technologies, with Excelitas Technologies Corp. remaining as the surviving legal entity. The Luxium Solutions entities will cease to exist as separate legal entities following the mergers. According to Excelitas, an updated Form W-9 for Excelitas Technologies Corp. will be available beginning in January 2027.
